About this product
A protein made from grass fed beef rather than dairy, so there's no whey and no lactose in it. It's hydrolysed into smaller pieces, which is why people find it lighter than a whey shake. You still get all nine essential amino acids. A good option if dairy bloats you but you don't want to drop down to a plant protein.
