We use Square to process payments. When you pay, your card details are collected and processed securely by Square, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your full card number on our own systems. Square handles your payment information in accordance with its own privacy terms, and we receive only the information we need to confirm and fulfil your order. We use your personal information to process, fulfil, and deliver your orders, including click and collect; contact you about your order or a return; provide customer service and respond to your enquiries; send you marketing and promotions, but only where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time); and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We only share your personal information where needed to run our business, including with Square, for payment processing; delivery and courier providers, to deliver your order; our website, email, and IT service providers who help us operate; and government agencies or law enforcement where we are required to by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some of the services we rely on store or process information overseas. Our website hosting is provided by Vercel, which serves this site from the United States. Payments are processed by Square, a United States company. Error monitoring is provided by Sentry. Order confirmation emails are sent using Resend, in the United States. Our own website database is hosted by Supabase in Sydney, Australia. By placing an order you agree to your information being handled this way, and we take reasonable steps to make sure these providers protect it.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including through secure systems and restricting access to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to destroy or de-identify it when we no longer need it.

Our website uses cookies to help the site work and to remember things like what is in your cart. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

We collect basic, anonymous information about how people use this website - which pages are visited, what's searched for, and where visitors arrived from. This helps us stock the right products and make the site easier to use.

We don't use cookies for this, we don't use third-party analytics or advertising services, and we don't track you across other websites. We don't store your name, email or IP address alongside this information, and we can't identify you from it. It stays in our own database, hosted in Sydney, Australia.

You can ask us to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong or out of date. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. There is normally no charge to access your information.

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. We will respond within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days).
