Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply when you buy from Jacked Supplements ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

We try to make sure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. Sometimes packaging, formulations, or flavours change, or minor errors occur. If a product is not as described, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Always read the label and use products as directed. Some products are not suitable for people under a certain age, or for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, seek advice from a health professional before use.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. The price you see at checkout is the total price for the product. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and added to your order total.

We take care with our pricing, but if a genuine error occurs (for example, an obviously wrong price), we may cancel or decline the affected order even if you have received an order confirmation. If we do, and you have already paid, we will give you a full refund.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we confirm dispatch of your order (or, for click and collect, when we confirm your order is ready for pickup). We may decline or cancel an order before that point, for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot verify your payment, or if there has been a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

We accept payment through Square. Payment must be completed before we dispatch your order or prepare it for pickup. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

We deliver within Australia and offer click and collect from our Port Kennedy store. Everything listed on this site can be shipped, and click and collect is available on all of it as a choice rather than the only option. A few products are in store only and are not listed on the site at all. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you when the products are delivered to you (or, for click and collect, when you or your representative collect them). Until then, if a product is lost or damaged in transit, we will resolve it with you consistent with the Australian Consumer Law. Title in the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that the law gives you. Where we are allowed by law to limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee (for products not ordinarily bought for personal, domestic, or household use), our liability is limited to, at our option, replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or paying the cost of doing so.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

The content on our website, including text, logos, images, and branding, is owned by us or our suppliers and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission, except as allowed by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Western Australia.
