Meet Mel

I've spent years on my own fitness and health journey, always pushing hard physically. But the older I get, the more my focus has shifted from how hard I can train to how well I can fuel my body for longevity.

Most of my career has been in the mining industry, a big chunk of it FIFO. That lifestyle forces you to really understand your body, how it copes, what it needs, what actually makes a difference when you're running on limited time and energy. It's what led me to start studying nutrition seriously.

Now I'm more interested than ever in how the right nutrition and supplementation can help us live comfortably as we age and not just perform, but actually thrive.

Jacked Supplements is that philosophy with a shopfront. When you come in, I'm going to ask what you're actually trying to do, give you a straight answer, and send you home with something that genuinely works for your goal and not whatever's easiest to sell.

No guesswork. No pressure. Just honest advice from someone who cares about ingredients and what it means to our health.
