About this product
Basically an instant flavoured rice porridge, and a staple for anyone doing meal prep. It's an easy source of carbohydrate that digests without sitting heavy, which is why bodybuilders live on it through a prep. Mix it with hot water and put whatever you like on top: protein powder, fruit or peanut butter. Gluten free.

Ingredients
Ground rice, natural flavours, sweetener (sucralose). This varies a little by flavour. Gluten free.
How to use
Mix 50 g with about 300 ml of hot water, or cold water then microwave it. Stir well. Good with protein powder, fruit or nut butter on top.
