About this product
The powder, and probably the pre-workout more people have started on than any other. C4 Original is the moderate one in the range rather than the strongest, which is exactly why it's a reasonable first pre-workout. Expect the beta-alanine tingle. Read the caffeine figure off the tub, because Original, Dynasty and Ripped aren't the same drink.
