About this product
EHP's strong pre-workout, and a very different drink from OxyShred. The brand lists 400 mg of caffeine in a full two scoop serve, alongside 6 g of citrulline, 5 g of beta-alanine, agmatine, alpha-GPC, huperzine, kanna, rock salt and coconut water powder. That caffeine figure is the reason to read the rest of this page: it's more than two strong coffees, and a full serve is for people who already take pre-workout every day. Start on one scoop.
