About this product
A protein bar that actually tastes like a treat. It's cold pressed rather than baked, so it stays soft and chewy instead of dry and chalky, and you get 21.6 g of protein for under 150 calories. The thing to know before you buy is the fibre: there's nearly 27 g of it in one bar, which is a lot in one sitting, so one a day is plenty. Australian made, and Mel keeps a wide spread of flavours in store.

- 26.8 g soluble prebiotic fibre per bar
- 0.4 g carbohydrate and 0.3 g sugars per bar

Ingredients
Soluble Prebiotic Fibre (Corn), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Milk Protein Isolate, Almonds, Natural Flavour, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides), Salt. That's the standard list across the range, and a flavour can carry its own flavouring on top of it, so the pack in your hand is the final word.
How to use
Eat as a snack between meals or after training. Given how much fibre is in one bar, stick to one a day as part of a balanced diet.
Allergens and warnings
