Fresh Pre is a fully disclosed, high-stimulant pre-workout with separate pump and energy sections on the label. One scoop is the half serve and carries 180 mg of total caffeine. The full two-scoop serve carries 360 mg, alongside 6 g of citrulline, 3.2 g of beta-alanine and 2 g of betaine. Start with one scoop even if you normally use pre-workout, and count every other source of caffeine in your day.

How to use
Start with 1 scoop mixed with water before training to assess tolerance. Don't exceed the full 2-scoop serve, and don't combine it with other sources of caffeine.
