About this product
Ghost's stimulant pre-workout. Like the rest of the range it's a full disclosure label, so every dose is printed on the tub rather than hidden in a blend, which makes it easy to compare against whatever you're on now. A serve has 300 mg of caffeine, and Legend and Legend All Out aren't the same drink.
Key benefits
- Full disclosure label, with the exact dose of everything in it
- The standard Legend, not All Out
- Powder, mixes in water
How to use
Mix 1 serve with cold water, 20 to 30 minutes before training. Start on half a serve to see how you handle it. Don't have more than 1 serve in 24 hours.
Allergens and warnings
Contains 300 mg of caffeine per scoop. It also carries 100 mg of theobromine, a second stimulant. Adults 18 and over only. Not for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, or anyone sensitive to caffeine.
