Hydrate People Electrolyte

An electrolyte drink mix sold as a box of 30 single-serve sachets, 6 g each and 180 g in all. The photo shows one sachet so you can see the flavour, but what you're buying is the full box of 30. The sodium comes from Celtic sea salt. Tip a sachet into your bottle on a hot day or across a long, sweaty session, and keep a few in your bag for the days you'd otherwise forget.

Tip one sachet into a bottle of water and shake. The brand doesn't print a water amount, so start with your usual bottle and add more water if it tastes too salty.
