About this product
Macro Mike's pre-workout, and plant based like everything else they make. It contains caffeine, and the amount differs between the older and newer bags, so read it off the label. Start on half a serve the first time, which is the honest advice on any pre-workout whoever makes it. Not one for late in the day.

- Pre-workout powder
- Contains caffeine
- Vegan, gluten free and dairy free
How to use
Mix 1 serve with cold water, 20 to 30 minutes before training. Start on half a serve to see how you handle it.
