About this product
A completely dairy free protein made from hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides rather than whey, giving you 20 g a serve. It's genuinely gentle on the stomach, which is the main reason people switch to it. Here is the honest part though: collagen on its own is an incomplete protein and a poor muscle builder, so it's not a like for like swap for whey. ATP point to research on their own Bodybalance peptides, but that evidence is narrow and industry linked, so treat it as promising rather than settled. If dairy is the problem, this is a good option. If it's not, a whey or plant isolate does more for muscle per dollar.

Ingredients
Ice Coffee: BODYBALANCE hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides (86%), freeze dried coffee (8%), coconut milk powder, natural flavours, coconut MCT oil powder, sweeteners (steviol glycosides, thaumatin).
How to use
Add one heaped scoop, 25 g, to 300 ml of cold water or the milk of your choice. Shake and drink.
