Ingredients
Water, maltodextrin, fructose, stabiliser (pectins E440), acid (citric acid E330), sodium citrates E331, salt, natural raspberry flavouring, acidity regulator (potassium citrates E332), preservative (potassium sorbate E202).
How to use
Take 1 to 2 gels per hour during exercise, with fluids. Don't exceed 10 gels in a day.
Allergens and warnings
Vegan. Free from gluten, dairy, nuts, soy and egg.
Not suitable for anyone under 15 or pregnant. Use under medical or dietetic supervision.
