About this product
Leucine, isoleucine and valine in the standard 2:1:1 ratio, 6 g a serve, with no sugar and no stimulants. Sip it through your session or have it afterwards alongside a shake. Honest note: if you're already hitting your daily protein target, BCAAs won't add a lot. They're more useful when you train fasted or you're eating less than usual.
