R1 Protein Whey Isolate

Rule 1's flagship, and one of the cleanest proteins you'll find. It's isolate and hydrolysate only, with no concentrate, no creamers, no gums and no fillers, so you get 25 g of fast absorbing protein with barely any carbohydrate or fat. Protein purity sits around 87 per cent, which is about as high as it goes. Every batch is independently tested for banned substances, so it's safe if you compete.
