The coffee is Fairtrade certified and Australian Certified Organic, roasted and packed in Queensland, and each pod carries 600 mg of organic mushroom fruiting body. That fruiting body part matters: a lot of mushroom products use mycelium grown on grain, which is mostly filler, so fruiting body is the better of the two. Every variety is built so the coffee still tastes like coffee, with the mushroom sitting underneath rather than over the top. Pick your variety by the roast you actually enjoy drinking, then treat the mushroom as a bonus. 600 mg is a modest amount of mushroom, well under the doses used in most research. Think of these as a nice cup of organic coffee with something extra in it, not as a substitute for a dedicated mushroom supplement. If you're specifically after a therapeutic dose, a straight mushroom powder gets you there more directly.
