About this product
The bigger version of Pumpz. You get 10 g of citrulline, 5 g of creatine, 3.8 g of beta-alanine, betaine and agmatine in the one serve, so it's doing a lot more than pumps alone. Still no caffeine in it at all. It's a big formula and not where you would start, but if you're experienced and want the most from a stimulant free pre-workout, this is it.

Ingredients
Citrulline (L-citrulline malate, L-citrulline), creatine matrix (monohydrate, nitrate, HCl), beta alanine, betaine anhydrous, AgmaPure agmatine sulfate, taurine, L-tyrosine, electrolytes (calcium citrate, sodium chloride, Himalayan pink salt, potassium citrate), GeniusPure alpha-GPC, L-theanine, pine bark extract, huperzia serrata, anticaking agent (silicon dioxide), DL-phenylalanine, alpinia galanga rhizome extract, malic acid, flavour, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame potassium), amentoflavone, colour, which varies by flavour.
How to use
Mix 1 serve with 500 ml of water, 20 to 30 minutes before training. Experienced lifters only.
