About this product
Ceremonial grade matcha from Uji in Japan, blended with organic cane sugar into a latte powder. The Original is matcha and sugar; the Vanilla and Strawberry blends add a natural flavour and nothing else. The brand puts the caffeine at under 30 mg a serve, which is roughly a third of a coffee, and the serve is a heaped teaspoon whisked into warm water and topped with milk of your choice.

Ingredients
Original: organic unrefined cane sugar, organic matcha (green tea) powder. Vanilla: the same, plus organic vanilla flavour. Strawberry: the same, plus natural strawberry flavour.
How to use
Add 1 slightly heaped teaspoon to a mug, whisk with about 75 ml of warm, not hot, water until smooth and frothy, then top with hot or cold milk. Ice if you like.
