About this product
Semi-wild grown reishi as a single ingredient extract powder. It's the one people tend to keep for the evening rather than the morning, and it has a slightly bitter, earthy taste, so it goes better in something with a bit of body to it than in plain water.

Semi-wild reishi extract.
How to use
Start with a quarter to half a teaspoon a day in hot water, coffee, tea or a smoothie, and work up to one heaped teaspoon a cup.
