About this product
MCT oil dried onto acacia fibre so it can be spooned into a coffee rather than poured, which is the whole point of the powder over the liquid. It's the goMCT form: organic C8 and C10 fats at 70 per cent with organic acacia fibre making up the rest, and nothing else in it. A 2.5 g scoop is about 15 calories, nearly all of it fat.
