About this product
Switch's whey protein isolate, and the leanest protein they make. Isolate is whey with most of the lactose, fat and carbohydrate filtered out, so it's the one to reach for if dairy sits badly with you or you're counting everything. Some of it's hydrolysed, which just means it's been broken into smaller pieces before you drink it. Like the rest of the range it's naturally sweetened rather than done with sucralose, which is the reason most people end up on this brand.

Ingredients
Whey Protein Isolate Blend (Microfiltered WPI, Hydrolysed WPI), Flavours, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Natural Thickener (Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Sweetener (Stevia), DigeZyme (a-Amylase, Protease, Lactase, Lipase, Cellulase). The unflavoured tub contains no stevia.
How to use
Mix 1 serve with water or milk, after training or any time you're short on protein.
Allergens and warnings
Contains milk. No added gluten or soy, but made in a facility that also processes wheat, tree nuts, seeds, dairy, soy, corn and fish.
