Optimum Nutrition Micronised Creatine

Plain creatine monohydrate, micronised so it mixes more easily, and sold both unflavoured and flavoured. Micronised means ground finer, not stronger. Monohydrate is the form with the research behind it, and one brand's is much like another's, so buy on price and on whether it dissolves. Take it daily, training or not.
