Ingredients
L-carnitine L-tartrate, CLA powder, green tea extract, caffeine anhydrous, natural flavours, chromium picolinate, citric acid, sucralose.
How to use
Mix 1 serve with 240 ml of cold water once daily, preferably before training. Don't take it within six hours of bed, and don't take more than one serve a day.
