Rule 1 Clean Gainer

A smaller, tidier gainer. Instead of 1200 calories you get about 560, with 30 g of protein and 97 g of carbohydrate, which suits people who want to put weight on steadily rather than as fast as possible. Easier on the stomach, and much easier to keep control of your diet.

• 30 g protein per serve, from whey concentrate, whey isolate, milk protein isolate and micellar casein
• About 97 g carbohydrate per serve
• About 6 g naturally occurring BCAAs per serve

Mix 2 scoops with 360 to 480 ml of cold water or milk.

Contains milk, oats and soy.
