International Protein Protein Synergy

If you only want one protein in the cupboard, this is a good shout. Five different proteins digest at different speeds, so it feeds you for around seven or eight hours rather than emptying out in one hit. That makes it fine after training, between meals or before bed. Smooth, full bodied texture and 32.8 g of protein a serve.

• 32.8 g protein per 40 g serve
• Five protein sources: hydrolysed whey isolate, high glycomacropeptide whey isolate, whey concentrate, micellar casein and egg albumen, plus calcium caseinate
• Low in fat and carbohydrate

Whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, calcium caseinate, micellar casein, hydrolysed whey protein isolate, egg albumen, flavours, thickeners (412, 466), cocoa in chocolate flavours, chocolate flake in Cookies and Cream and Caramel Popcorn, natural colours (beetroot juice powder, annatto extract, caramel, vegetable carbon black), DigeZyme, sweetener (sucralose), emulsifier (soy lecithin).

Stir 40 g, about three heaped tablespoons, into 200 to 300 ml of cold water or milk, or blend it into a smoothie. Two or three times a day.
