International Protein Superior Whey

International Protein's main protein and one of the better value tubs going, with a big 31 g of protein per serve. It's a blend of three whey types from grass fed dairy, with added glutamine and digestive enzymes. There are no gums, fillers or stabilisers in it, which is usually what makes a protein sit heavy, so most people find it easy on the stomach. Australian made on the Gold Coast.

Superior whey blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, hydrolysed whey protein isolate), flavours, cocoa in chocolate flavours, chocolate flake in Cookies and Cream, amino acid (L-glutamine), natural colours (beetroot juice powder, annatto extract, caramel, vegetable carbon black, curcumin), DigeZyme, sweetener (sucralose), emulsifier (soy lecithin).

Mix 40 g, about 1.5 scoops, with 200 to 300 ml of water or milk. Two or three times a day, for example morning, mid afternoon and around training.

Contains dairy and soy. Made on equipment that also handles egg.
