Rule 1 Casein

Casein is the slow release one. It thickens in your stomach and releases protein over four to seven hours rather than all in one go, which is why people have it before bed or across long gaps between meals. Don't reach for it straight after training, whey does that job better. 25 g of protein a serve with only 2 g of fat.

• 25 g micellar casein protein per scoop
• Releases over four to seven hours
• About 2 g of fat and 4 g of carbohydrate per serve

Strawberries and Creme: micellar casein, natural and artificial flavours, sunflower lecithin, guar gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan, salt, sucralose, acesulfame potassium.

Mix 1 scoop with 240 to 360 ml of cold water or milk. Best before bed or between meals.

Contains milk. May contain soy, egg and wheat.
