Rule 1 Protein Whey Blend

The everyday option in the Rule 1 range. It uses three whey types rather than isolate alone, which brings the price down while still giving you 24 g of protein a serve and keeping it all whey, with no plant filler. If the isolate is more than you need, this is the sensible buy. Batch tested like the rest of the range.

Chocolate Fudge: protein blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, hydrolysed whey protein isolate), cocoa powder, natural and artificial flavours, sunflower lecithin, salt, sucralose, acesulfame potassium.

Mix 1 scoop with 180 to 240 ml of cold water or milk. Fine after training, in the morning, or between meals.
